 Each station will be attended by a Fountains employee. Soda, coffee, tea, or milk will be served with dinner.

Appetizer Station

  • Seasonal fruit tray, cheese tray with gourmet crackers, fresh vegetables with dill dip.

 Beef Station

  • Choice sirloin beef carved to order with zip sauce, horseradish, and baguettes.

 Seafood Station

  • Bacon wrapped scallops, Seafood Fettuccini with lobster & shrimp, smoked Salmon.

Pasta Station

Noodles – Angel Hair, Fettuccini, Tortellini

Sauces – Alfredo, Palamino, and Italian meat

 

Potato Station

  • Whipped red skins & whipped sweet potatoes
  • Toppings – bacon, ham, fresh salsa, scallions, cheddar cheese, cream cheese & chive, sour cream, butter, maple brown sugar, cinnamon butter.

 Salad Station

Greek Salad – Iceburg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, beets, pepper rings, red onion, and feta cheese.

Caesar Salad – Romain lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and homemade croutons.

Dessert Station

Chocolate fountain with pretzels, gourmet cookie assortment, maraschino cherries, marshmallows, graham cracker sticks, Rice Krispie treats, lady fingers, fresh strawberries, banana chips, and candied pineapple chunks.

 All prices are subject to 6% sales tax and 18% service charge.
